I specialize in working with individuals struggling with grief, depression, religious trauma, and ADHD, and have extensive experience supporting clients through anxiety, mood disorders, relational issues, and major life transitions such as divorce or career changes. I am especially dedicated to meeting the mental health needs of the LGBTQ+ community and understand the unique challenges this community may encounter, from coming out to facing discrimination.
