Hello! My name is Mollie and I am a licensed professional counselor who provides individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I earned my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, and I have experience working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, stress management, ADHD, and autism spectrum-related challenges. I find it rewarding to support those going through transitions, whether it’s moving from high school to college, figuring out a career path, or navigating the complexity of new relationships. As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can grow, gain insight, and develop practical tools to manage life’s challenges.
I work collaboratively with clients to help develop and strengthen coping skills, drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques. These tools allow clients to not only manage their challenges more effectively but also to build resilience and foster long-term emotional health. For younger clients, I incorporate engaging therapeutic tools—such as games, art activities, and play therapy techniques— to make the counseling process feel approachable.
My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where clients of all ages feel comfortable expressing themselves, setting goals, and making meaningful progress toward their mental health and life aspirations.
