My passion is to assist individuals to activate their own strengths to better cope with life’s challenges. I believe each person is unique and deserves the utmost respect. With that in mind, I promote a holistic approach to wellness and resiliency throughout the lifespan, looking at each individual as a whole, including the body, mind and spirit. Using a multifaceted approach to therapy assists me in meeting each person where they are on their healing journey.
Fun Fact: I lived and worked among the Navajo Nation, First Nations people group in Arizona, soon after college graduation and loved it!
