Hi, my name is Alise Rafoth, I have the privilege of working with individuals who have encountered a variety of life’s challenges including depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, ADHD, substance use, grief and mood disorders.
I am a Licensed Social Worker and a Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant. I obtained my Licensed in Social work at Cleveland State University. I provide my clients with the opportunity to build skills to make positive transformations in their lives.
I specialize in trauma informed care, cognitive behavior therapy and motivational interviewing with individuals who are looking for a space to explore these triggers and effects on their lives. I provide a space to empower my clients and give them a voice to what they are experiencing. I am committed to helping my clients build resiliency, confidence and healing. My passion is to provide my clients with an opportunity to flourish into the individual they desire to be.
Fun Fact: I traveled to nine different countries in one year!
